Video files with compressed audio

VideoLab plays video files with compressed audio.
But when playing such files there are no sound.
When playing these files with winamp (on the same machine), sound is present.
Winamp uses filter MPEG Audio Decoder.
When playing by VideoLab files without this filter sound is normal.
How can we play video files with MPEG Audio Decoder filter by VideoLab?
