apps will not run

any apps with a VLDSCapture componant will not run when i copy them to the PC with the tuners. I copied the VCOpenCV.DLL DLL as well to the same folder as the app (the desktop just for testing) and I also tried the system32 folder but the app just does nothing, no errors, no display just nothing. taskmanager shows that it runs for a second or so.

Hi mrkars,

Are you using Delphi, C++ Builder, Visual C++, C# ? What version? If you are using Delphi or C++ Builder are you compiling with runtime packages, or static linking?
